Established as Harvest Mountain Ministries non profit Ein 46-5313137, we do business as Jeffco Eats. We hold a good standing with the Secretary of State and have a Board of four people. They give generously of their time for us to grow and function with wisdom and always in the best interest of our supporters and the children and families. We also have an active and strategic Advisory Board whose Chair is Paula Redig. Her professional career includes being a Principal of a Middle School in the Metro Denver area. She now acts in a training capacity for students teachers. Other members of this advisory board are Ed
Diezdemedina who is Vice President of Human Services First Bank, and Peter Freitag, was Professor at C U. Bill Stevenson of Rocky Mountain Farmers Union is also on advisory board.

Kelly Hughes – President
Executive in the operations of transport of goods by land, air and sea. Strategic skills and trainer. Owns Kellpro Transport. Kelly Hughes is serving as a Pastor, in Bullard, TX. He completed an Executive Master’s Program at Ohio State University, and holds a certification in Supply Chain Management. Kelly has held positions on Corporate Executive Boards and Non-Profit Boards. He had oversight for a Non-Profit Food Bank in Colorado, and has a love for outreach around feeding the hungry. Kelly and his wife have raised 4 children, and are enjoying 6 grandchildren.
Pamela Hughes – Secretary
Pamela Hughes is a Co-Pastor at Church in the Barn, located in Bullard, TX. She volunteers at the local Mission House Clinic and Food Pantry where people receive medical care and food/clothing support. Pamela is retired from 25 years in Property Management specializing in New Construction, and serving on HOA Boards. Pamela has served on several Non-Profit Boards, and currently serves in prayer ministry at her church.
Glenn W Moore
Glenn has a BA in Forestry from Humboldt State University . Was Director of Parks and Recreation for Douglas County CO and Director of Interagency for State of Washington Parks and Rec Programs. Glenn was Vice President of Englert Inc building materials company and owner. Glenn was Vice President of Moore Building Products Denver CO. He also worked for several small home builders as inspector for quality. Owned As Built a remodeling company. Currently retired.
Mary A. Heale – Treasurer
Mary A. Heale, CPA (Retired) Was CPA at M. Heale Corp. and Owner, M. Heale Corp. Graduated from Carroll College (now University), Waukesha, WI with BA in Accounting in 1983.
CPA certification obtained in Wisconsin in 1984, Have credits in MS Tax program at WU-Milw. Worked as tax preparer (part time) for H&R Block 5 years. Worked for Lotzer & Co., CPA (small local accounting firm) 2 years, then BDO Seidman (international accounting firm) in Wisconsin 2 years. Worked for Law Offices of Cramer, Multhauf and Curran, Waukesha, Wisconsin as in house CPA 3 years. Then for Rotroff & Smrecek CPAs, SC for 3 years.Moved to Denver, CO area in 1991; obtained Colorado CPA certification. Started M. Heale Corp. in 1998; managed staff of 2-3.Sold assets of M. Heale Corp. in 2012.Continue working for M. Heale Corp. as CPA, accounting and tax consultant. Obtained CPA (Retired) status in 2014; continue working part time as tax preparer.
Barbara B Moore
Barbara has a BS in Business and Education from University of Colorado. She attended Thunderbird International School of Management and completed 48 hrs. She has an MDIV from Denver Seminary. Barbara has been an education in high school, a business executive and owner with specialty in vision launch and marketing. Barbara worked with Glenn in their building material companies and home remodeling. Barbara was a church planter and associate pastor for four years . Barbara started Harvest Mountain Ministries in 2004 as a nonprofit for teaching and counseling. Author of two bestselling books and was radio show host for five years. Jeffco Eats began in 2016 due to great need for weekend food
